Cast Connection’s address and phone number:
2340 Recycle Way
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
407-824-6369 (note: they rarely pick up the phone!!!! Like NEVER!)
It’s located off of Bear Island Rd. (turn right off of Western Way coming from Buena Vista Drive).
The Cast Connection building is located at the intersection of Western Way and Bear Island Road, near the massive Walt Disney World Tree Farm where a variety of plants, trees and shrubs are grown for use in the parks and resorts on property. That is so cool to drive by! Think of all the stuff Disney grows in there year-round!
Western Way can be accessed from Buena Vista Drive between the entrances of the Coronado Resort and Blizzard Beach.
NOTE: You must be a Disney Cast Member to visit this little slice of shopping paradise. You need a current Cast ID to check out.
Cast Members used to be able to bring in up to six guests with them, but that has been suspended.
Cast Connection is a cast exclusive store that sells out-of-season or discontinued new merchandise, holiday merchandise, slightly damaged merchandise from the Parks (wrinkled/stained clothing), and some groceries (like what guests can buy at Fort Wilderness grocery store).
Fun finds: Lots of Holiday and Marathon clothing and merchandise. Everything is at least 50-75% off listed price and you get an extra 10% CM discount at checkout.
New official link for cast members to check on blockout dates at all Disney Parks: https://blockoutdates.disney.com/
Some recent store photos:
The stuff for sale in this room is strictly for Disney Fanatics! It’s all artwork and furniture from the resorts. We bought some spoons from the Grand Floridian, 25 cents each!
Property Control sells decommissioned company items (industrial equipment, furniture from resorts, TVs, etc.), Dishware and flatware, glasses, soaps, broken merchandise, and unclaimed lost and found items. Everything is 75-90% off the original price. No additional CM discount at checkout.

GREAT DEALS AWAIT AT CAST CONNECTION & PROPERTY CONTROL
Disney’s Eyes & Ears Magazine
After more than 20 years in the Magic Kingdom Park area, Cast Connection and Property Control has found a new home off of Western Way behind Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
Cast Connection is a great, onsite destination where cast members can purchase surplus or discontinued merchandise that was previously available within Walt Disney World Resort locations, as well as groceries. Anything from furniture to tableware that has previously been used across property is available for purchase within Property Control. Offerings within the location change frequently, so cast members should make visiting the stores a reoccurring item on their to-do list.
Cast Connection offers select groceries. From milk and eggs to fruit and cheese, Cast Connection can be more than just your source for unique Disney merchandise.
Based on availability, Cast Connection often carries some of the best-selling products within our stores like Disney Tsum Tsum plushes, holiday offerings, Disney Animator’s dolls and more! (All merchandise is subject to change and supplies are limited.)
Property Control offers company assets that were often previously used in Guest areas. This is a great way for cast members to get some great deals while reducing the number of items sent to a landfill.
Plan your visit to the new store: Sunday – Wednesday, 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m. or Thursday – Saturday, 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
****
And, don’t forget about Disney’s Character Warehouse over at the Outlets! Really great deals there too and cast members get a discount. Everyone is welcome!
Disney Tip: Since 2021, this store has offered a much better selection of discounted merchandise than Cast Connection. Disney is having global supply chain issues and since they can’t stock the stores in the parks, very little merchandise is moving over to Cast Connections.

We’ve written two books about our time working – and playing – as Disney Cast Members at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Both are available on Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle: Two Girls and a Mouse Tale and Adventures in the Animal Kingdom.

Have a magical day!
We collected these Theme Park Wishables at both Disney World and Disneyland earlier this year. $9.99 each. The castles are open stock.
My oldest son is a CM at DAK, and went to property control, looking for any unclaimed lost and found cameras, He wants to buy himself one for Xmas, and was trying to be frugal. Lost and Found items are not at CC/PC anymore, apparently Disney does not sale unclaimed L&F items anymore, they donate them to charity. This information is current as of what he was told this morning. Just thought I would pass the info along.

Do I need my friend who is a Cast Member to check out or can I pay for the items myself? I don’t want to have to pay her the money.
LikeLike
You can pay for it yourself, but then you won’t get the additional 10% that CMs get at checkout.

So it won’t matter if she’s not at the till with me? She tends to spend a long time in Property Control and I’ll probably be done by then! Thanks 😊

Hi! Just wanted to point out that 10% and 10% discount is not the same as 20%
10% of $100 is $10 which leaves you $90 the. 10% of $90 is $9 so a final bill would be $81
On the other hand 20% of $100 is $20 for a final bill of $80.

That maybe, but when they ring everything up, they change the 10% CM discount to 20% off the entire order.
We know because we’ve used the extra 10% coupon many times over the years.
20% off entire order.
