Although Elly and I considered making a quick trip to California to try out Disneyland’s version of the Easter Egg Hunt, we didn’t make it this year
But we have friends who did!
The egg hunt maps for California are very similar to Florida’s! But, the eggs have different characters and I think it’s cool to think about this being in the middle of Disneyland vs. walking all around Epcot!
At Disneyland, it’s similiar to the Easter Egg Hunt at Epcot, where you have to pay a small fee ($4.95) for the map. But then you can go at your own pace, finding all the hidden Easter Eggs!
Here is the 2015 California Adventure Egg Hunt map: 12 eggs to find here too!
Here are some photos of the egg prizes you receive from completing the map.
I bet Mr. Toad is a popular choice!
Maybe it was a good thing Elly and I didn’t go – she’d want to collect all of them!
Thank you to Topher Avery for sending us pictures from your fun day of Easter Egg hunting.
We will definitely put this on our Disney Bucket list!

Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Disney???
We worked at WDW for a year in the Disney College Program (Fall 2013/Spring 2014) and have written a book about what it’s like to be a cast member working for Disney.
We’ve included advice on how to successfully get into the DCP program, including some of the actual phone interview questions, how to have a successful internship, and how not self-term before your program ends. Our book is filled with lots of behind-the-scene stories of the magic of Disney. Available now at Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle formats. Published by Theme Park Press.
