2016 Disney World Crowd Forecast

castle 2014 (2)Here’s the 2016 Crowd Forecast for Disney World in case family and friends are planning on visiting you during your DCP program:

Avoid going to the parks to play on the red dot days!!!

Red Dot Days = Avoid Parks. Note the average monthly temps above too.

Try to avoid going to the parks to play on Red Dot days, especially at the Magic Kingdom!

If you are using your cast member Main Gate Passes to get your guests in for free, be aware that there are Disney World Blackout Dates throughout the year, especially at the Magic Kingdom!

The Disney Park least likely to be blacked out:  Epcot.  Due to its huge size, Epcot can absorb a lot of guests!  BUT, it still gets very crowded walking around there on busy days during the Flower and Garden Show in the spring and the Food and Wine Festival in the fall.

See how Red Dots days match up with the blackout dates?

The Spring 2015 blackout days for guest passes.  See how the Red Dots days match up with the blackout dates?

Two Girls and a Mouse Tale

by Elly Collins & Caroline Collins

Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Disney???

We worked at WDW for a year in the Disney College Program (Fall 2013/Spring 2014) and have written a book about what it’s like to be a cast member working for Disney.

We’ve included advice on how to successfully get into the DCP program, including some of the actual phone interview questions, how to have a successful internship, and how not self-term before your program ends. Our book is filled with lots of behind-the-scene stories of the magic of Disney.
