CM Tip: The party starts at 7pm, but Disney let’s guests wearing costumes in for the party starting at 4pm. Plan on going to the Magic Kingdom early and storing your costume in the lockers near the entrance. At 4pm, change into your costume and have your photo taken on Main Street!
NEW Costume Guidelines!
We have revised our costuming guidelines for special events in our theme parks. While costumed attire may be worn by all guests to the event, guests ages 14 and older are strongly discouraged from wearing layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body as they may be subject to additional security screening. Additionally, costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
Have a magical time! Watch out for the headless horseman!!

Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Disney???
We worked at WDW for a year in the Disney College Program and have written a book about what it’s like to be a cast member working for Disney.
We’ve included advice on how to successfully get into the DCP program, including some of the actual phone interview questions, how to have a successful internship, and how not self-term before your program ends. Our book is filled with lots of behind-the-scene stories of the magic of Disney. Available now at Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle formats. Published by Theme Park Press.

Hi I’m a cast member at a Disney store, can I get the special ticket discount or is it only for park CPs?

I believe it’s only for Disney Parks and Resorts cast members.
Annual passholders can also purchase tickets at a discount.
The tickets should be available in the next 2 weeks. (Currently, it’s just the party dates posted.)
If we find out different, we’ll let you know.

Hi great blog. I couldn’t read the picture you posted for the cast member info clearly. Can the Cast Member purchase tickets for guests if they won’t be attending the party with them? Or is it just if they are attending? Thank you

Hi,
The cast member can purchase tickets to the hard ticket party events like the Halloween and Christmas parties at a significant discount.
They do NOT have to be with their guests to use the tickets. 🙂
But, there is a limit on how many tickets CMs can purchase at Company D depending on their status, usually it’s 4 discounted tickets at a time.
