A new fragrance is debuting at Epcot Norway today, Wednesday, March 1st, 2017.
The new scent is based off of elements of Norway and attempts to capture the film ‘Frozen’ in a one-of-a-kind scent.
The fragrance, named ‘Frozen in a bottle’, captures the essence of the film and its cohesive involvement with nature. The scent was designed to showcase the awesome forces of nature exhibited within the film rather than the two princesses, Anna and Elsa.
Gier Ness will be at Puffin’s Roost signing autographs and meeting with park guests today. This will continue on into the weekend through Sunday afternoon. Guests will be able to sample the perfume for free.
The new Frozen fragrance is selling for $70 for the 3.4-ounce bottle and $50 for the 1.7-ounce one.
Mr. Ness, a native of Oslo, Norway, creates fragrances that embody the full experience of nature in Norway that users can experience without ever leaving the United States.
Gier created the fragrance Laila for women. According to Ness, the Laila perfume -which is wildly popular with Epcot guests – was inspired by his mother.
We actually own several bottle of Laila – it’s one of Caroline’s favorite perfumes!

Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Disney???
We worked at WDW for a year in the Disney College Program and have written a book about what it’s like to be a cast member working for Disney.
We’ve included advice on how to successfully get into the DCP program, including some of the actual phone interview questions, how to have a successful internship, and how not self-term before your program ends. Our book is filled with lots of behind-the-scene stories of the magic of Disney. Available now at Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle formats. Published by Theme Park Press.
