Wondering where to pin trade at Disney’s Aulani Resort?
There are five different locations at the resort that have Disney pin boards for you to check out and pin trade with if you see something you like.
Just ask to see the books at the Concierge Desk, the DVC Preview Center, the Lava Shack (near the pool), Aunty’s Beach House, and Kalepa (one of the gift shops at the resort).
The best pins are at the DVC Preview Center. There, three different cast members wear pin lanyards and they refresh their pins often.
The resort carries unique, limited edition Aulani pins you can only get at the hotel itself. Kalepa Gift Shop always has a nice selection of special Hawaiian pins.
Another location to get Disney Hawaiian pins is at the Disney Store in the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu. This Disney Store has unique Hawaiian pins for sale from $8.99-$20. Currently, the cast members aren’t trading pins with guests, but you never know when that will change, so always have a few traders with you. The Twice Upon a Year Sale is happening there now.

Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Disney???
We worked at WDW for a year in the Disney College Program and have written a book about what it’s like to be a cast member working for Disney.
We’ve included advice on how to successfully get into the DCP program, including some of the actual phone interview questions, how to have a successful internship, and how not self-term before your program ends. Our book is filled with lots of behind-the-scene stories of the magic of Disney.
Available now at Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle formats. Published by Theme Park Press.
