One of the stops on the Aulani Excursion – Majestic Circle Island Tour was at Oahu’s Dole Plantation.
We only had about ½ hour to shop at the Country Store and get some Dole Whip. The Country Store was LOADED with every kind of pineapple merchandise that you can think of and then some.
Everything was bright yellow and very cheerful.
Some more photos from inside the Country Store:
Originally operating as a fruit stand beginning in 1950, Dole Plantation opened to the public as Hawaii’s “Pineapple Experience” in 1989.
Today, Dole Plantation is one of Oahu’s most popular visitor attractions and welcomes more than one million visitors a year.
Dole Plantation provides enjoyable activities for the entire family, including the Pineapple Express Train Tour, the Plantation Garden Tour, and the Pineapple Garden Maze.
Also popular is our plantation Country Store offering a wide variety of Dole Plantation gifts, local favorites, foods and refreshments including the world-famous Dole Whip.
And, before you leave you can purchase fresh pineapple to take home.
Dole Plantation is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Hope to see you soon!

Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Disney???
We worked at WDW for a year in the Disney College Program and have written a book about what it’s like to be a cast member working for Disney.
We’ve included advice on how to successfully get into the DCP program, including some of the actual phone interview questions, how to have a successful internship, and how not self-term before your program ends. Our book is filled with lots of behind-the-scene stories of the magic of Disney.
Available now at Amazon.com in paperback and Kindle formats. Published by Theme Park Press.
