Disney Bounding: When Disney fans dress up as contemporary versions of their favorite characters and go to the theme parks.
Disney Bounding is a way of dressing up as your favorite character using inspired color palettes, accessories, and clothing styles to look like the character, without actually being in a Disney costume. You simply use items from your own wardrobe to pull together a terrific look.
Not sure what you’re wearing to this year’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party yet?
If you don’t have the time or money for an all out Disney costume, what about Disney Bounding as Mary Poppins?
Mary Poppins main colors are based on her 2 famous costumes: red and white, and also blue and black.
The red and white look is based on her fancy dancing dress. This is the outfit you are most likely to encounter Mary Poppins wearing in the parks or at the Grand Floridian.
Seeing Mary Poppins wearing her blue costume is what’s known as a Rare Character encounter.

Important Note: Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is the only time adults can get into the Magic Kingdom while wearing a full costume.
