Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays 2019 is a global celebration of the Holiday Season.
The dates for the 2019 Festival are November 29th – December 30, 2019.
Celebrate ‘holidays around the world’ during this spirited seasonal festival at Epcot. Discover a festival featuring the joyous holiday traditions of the 11 World Showcase nations. Epcot International Festival of the Holidays surrounds you in the wondrous sights, sounds and flavors of the season as celebrated by cultures near and far.
Savor seasonal food and beverage specialties at the expanded Holiday Kitchens. Take a festive global tour as costumed performers bring time-honored traditions to life throughout World Showcase. Delight in stirring live musical productions all day and evening long.
Inside Tip: For many years, Epcot’s celebration of the holiday season was known as Holidays Around the World. Epcot has re-themed all its reoccurring annual events as Festivals now: Festival of the Arts, International Flower and Garden Festival, International Food and Wine Festival, Festival of the Holidays.
Indulge in the flavors of the season with scrumptious bites, decadent desserts and merry libations at this year’s festive winter celebration.
This year, the Holiday Kitchens can once again be found around World Showcase. These kitchens offer tastes of the holidays representing seasonal traditions around the world.
There are 13 Holiday Kitchens this year. Holiday Kitchens are open daily November 29th to December 30, 2019 from 11:00am to 9:00pm.

The Holiday Cookie Stroll
Epcot has a sweet event going on for the holidays: The Holiday Cookie Stroll
It’s a “Cookie Challenge” for guests.
Guests are invited to stroll around the World Showcase and taste five different holiday cookies.
Guests receive a coordinating stamp in their International Festival of the Holidays Passport for each cookie sampled. Once the cookie challenge is completed, the guest receives a free “completer” Mickey holiday cookie.
The cookies included in the 2019 Holiday Cookie Stroll are:
- Bavaria Holiday Kitchen: Linzer Cookie
- American Holiday Table: Gingerbread Cookie
- Yukon Holiday Kitchen: Peppermint Pinwheel Cookie
- Feast of the Three Kings: Chocolate Crinkle Cookie
- L’Chaim! Holiday Kitchen: Black and White Cookie
Completer Cookie: Complimentary Santa Mickey Sugar Cookie at the Holiday Sweets & Treats location.
Guests can share the holiday cookies with their family and friends while strolling or they can complete the holiday cookie stroll over several visits.

Tidings of Joyful Fare
‘Tis the season – embark on an epicurean adventure featuring culinary traditions from countries ‘round the globe. During the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, guests of all ages can visit themed Holiday Kitchens for flavorful food and beverages that evoke the yuletide spirit.
Each night, a celebrity narrator tells the biblical tale of a savior born to a virgin in Bethlehem. All the while, gorgeous choral pieces are woven into the production as an orchestra and choir provide and inspirational backdrop with songs of hope and joy.
