Right on-time for our 6pm dinner reservation.

We were excited to get reservations at Teppan Edo in Epcot Japan.

Christian was able to use his 20% cast member discount, which was great because the bill was little over $150 for the 3 of us.

The tables seat 8.

The food here is delicious, very fresh.

This is not a quick service restaurant.  Our meal took about 90 minutes to prepare and eat.

Mitch enjoying the cooking show.

All the meals are prepared right in front of you, so it’s sort of like a dinner show.

Our chef was very nice and very talented with his sharp knives.

The Tree of Life in fresh vegetables.

I liked when he made shapes – like the Tree of Life – out of the cooking food.

Christian’s meal: Filet Mignon – 6 oz Tenderloin usda choice served with garden salad, udon noodles, vegetables, and steamed white rice. $36

A Feast for the Senses:  $34.99+/person

Every seat has an excellent view when Teppan chefs cook traditional Japanese dishes right at your table.

Celebrate authentic Japanese cuisine during an exciting dining experience that’s part meal, part show. In the communal ritual of Teppan-yaki-style cooking, skillful chefs chop and stir-fry dishes on grills at your table.

Select from steak, chicken, seafood and vegetable entrées, which are served with Udon noodles and steamed rice. You can also enjoy such favorites as teriyaki chicken, assorted sushi rolls, tempura and edamame.

The Torii Gate frames Spaceship Earth across the Friendship Bay waters. The traditional Japanese gate symbolically marks the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

If you have the chance, check out the beautiful Japanese pools and gardens in the pavilion.

Very tranquil!
